Episentum presents at K4DD meeting, Berlin, October 16-18 2017

Episentum will present a poster at the K4DD meeting “Binding kinetics: Time is of the essence” in Berlin, October 16-18 2017. K4DD is an Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) program on Kinetics in Drug Discovery. The title of our poster is “Kinetic Analysis of Small-Molecule Binding with Label-Enhanced SPR”.

New Application Note 021 on fragment kinetics

Our new Application Note 021 demonstrates how label-enhanced SPR expands the measurable kinetic space for fragments and small molecules into previously intractable regions. This provides new unique insights into lead optimization of small molecules and a novel understanding of how the dynamics of interactions involving weakly binding and/or low molecular weight compounds relate to protein function.
